We Are Under Attack

Do you know our bodies are under attack every second?
There have been many recent reports suggesting that free redicals may play a significant role in the development of certain degenerative diseases.

What is free radical?
Free Radical are highly reactive due to the presence of unpaired electron(s). They begin to covet their neigbouring molecules electrons. In stealing an electron, they can affect normal functions in the body.

Conditions that promote the production of free radicals in our body are
1. Food subjected to high heat.



2. Highly refined foods such as white sugar and white flour.




3. High fat food ( deep fried food, food with trans fatty acids)






4. Preservatives ( colouring, food additives)



Oh My God !!! All seems to be my favourite food!!!!!
